Production Process of Stone Paper Composite Bags

The production of stone paper composite bags is a precise and environmentally – friendly process, combining advanced technology with sustainable materials.
The process begins with raw material preparation. Limestone, the primary ingredient, is crushed into fine powder. This powder is then mixed with a small amount of food – grade resin and additives in specific proportions. The mixture is carefully blended to ensure uniformity, laying the foundation for high – quality stone paper.
Next comes the sheet – making stage. The blended mixture is fed into an extrusion machine. Under high temperature and pressure, it is transformed into thin, continuous sheets. These sheets are then cooled and rolled, resulting in semi – finished stone paper products.
For composite bag production, the stone paper sheets are further processed. They are laminated with other functional materials, such as polyethylene films, to enhance properties like strength, water – resistance, and flexibility. After lamination, the composite material is cut into appropriate sizes according to bag specifications.
The cut pieces are then sewn or heat – sealed together. Handles, zippers, or other accessories are added based on the design requirements. Finally, each bag undergoes a rigorous quality inspection. This includes checking for strength, sealing integrity, and any defects. Only bags that pass these tests are packaged and prepared for distribution, ensuring that every stone paper composite bag meets high – standard quality and functionality.
