Paper Specification

Based on our stone paper thickness and density, we divided our stone paper as 4 degree

1. RPN, Thickness: 40~80 micron meter, density: 1.00g/cm3 +/-5%

2. RPD, Thickness: 100~200 micron meter, density:1.20g/cm3 +/-5%

3. RBD, Thickness: 200~400 micron meter, density: 1.50g/cm3 +/-5%

4. STN, Thickness: 300~800 micron meter, density: 1.60g/cm3 +/-5%

The stone paper is made from calcium carbonate bonded with high-density polyethylene(HDPE)

The production process does not use wood pulp at all, does not use a drop of water, does not discharge waste water, waste gas, waste residue, Stone paper is Eco-friendly, waterproof, moisture-proof, anti-bacteria , resistance to tear, recyclable. Currently it had been widely used as:

1. Culture paper: such as printing for notebook, books, map, magazine, paper bags, paper cup, cards, etc,

2. synthetic paper: such as: labels, disposal bags, blister products, wrapping food, wrapping flower, cement bags, etc…

Even the stone paper can be well used as traditional wood pulp paper, and synthetic paper, but Our purpose is not to replace pulp paper; instead, it is to advance a new system of thinking to reduce the reliance on the world’s forests and water, to save our energy
